1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Verify.ge OTP verification services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Verify.ge provides one-time password verification via SMS and WhatsApp, including API access, a customer dashboard, prepaid balance billing, and related tools for secure user authentication.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or fraudulent communications
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Send OTPs to end users without appropriate consent or lawful basis
5. Service Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of our services. Fees are charged in Georgian Lari (GEL) according to your subscription tier and usage. All prices are quoted inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.1 BOG checkout
Card payments are processed on secure pages hosted by JSC Bank of Georgia (BOG). When you pay, you will be redirected from Verify.ge to BOG to complete the transaction. Verify.ge does not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or PIN.
5.2 Saved payment methods
You may optionally save a card for faster checkout and automatic subscription renewal. We store only a tokenized reference (parent order identifier) and masked card details provided by BOG. You can remove a saved card at any time from your dashboard billing settings.
5.3 Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically every 30 days when you enable auto-renewal and have a valid saved payment method with Bank of Georgia (BOG). Each renewal charges your plan's monthly fee, credits your account balance, and extends your subscription period.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel auto-renewal or end your subscription immediately from the dashboard at any time. Immediate cancellation ends the discounted subscription period; unused balance is not refunded but remains available for pay-as-you-go OTP usage.
5.5 Refunds
Subscription fees and balance top-ups are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Failed OTP deliveries or verification attempts do not incur charges. Card refunds, where applicable, are processed through BOG and your issuing bank.
5.6 Price changes
We may change plan prices or per-OTP rates. We will notify you at least 14 days before changes take effect for existing subscribers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
5.7 Failed payments
If an automatic renewal charge fails, your subscription may lapse and your account will revert to pay-as-you-go pricing. Your prepaid balance remains available. We may retry the charge or notify you to update your payment method.
5.8 Disputes and chargebacks
Payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through BOG and your card issuer. We may suspend your account during an open dispute. Contact [email protected] with your payment intent or order ID for assistance.
6. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. OTP delivery depends on mobile operators and third-party networks. Enterprise customers may be eligible for service level agreements with specific uptime commitments.
7. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and GDPR where applicable. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your end users before sending them OTPs through our service. Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Verify.ge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
Verify.ge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings (Privacy & data). Closing anonymizes personal data and deactivates access while retaining billing records as required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
